Great product.
I have been trying to get my tv-tuner to work in MC7 without any success. After alot of emails with tech support I gave op.
Found DVBlink Tvsource by searching the net for a solution.
Works like a charm. I can now view and record HD and SD channels within MC7.
Great product.

Tried DVDLINK for Dreambox on Gemini (4.4), PLI (10/09) and Nabilo, Dreambox 8000, W7 , this is a nightmare. Installation procedure is not clear enough. All seems to be ok , but no tuner free, never. No info in Formum, nowere. is this product dead ?
How can you give 30 days for that product, will never buy it if it is not working and I 'm at day 25 ;-( Stupid.

If you plan to sell that, please make clear doc and procedure.

I installed windows 7 last week and startet using MCE with my analog hauppauge card. This setup was far from optimal and MCE built-in EPG wasn't able to find all my channels.
I have IPTV, which normally goes into a settop-box and via HDMI to my TV and via analog antenna signal to my recorder.
The analog recordings are bad and im not happy using the settop-box.
To my surprise MCE doesn't support IPTV so i started google and searched for solutions. There was alot, but the only simple and working solution i found was DVBLINK for IPTV.
Simple installation - simple use - nice quality. And as an extra goodie I can now record op to 4 programs at the same time.
The video quality is good, but still room for improvements. The same signal on the same machine played with VLC is still better. But VLC is stand-alone-app and not integrated nicely into MCE.

Now the only missing part was the EPG. I receive EPG info in a XML file, which MCE also doesnt support. So i went to google again, and found alot of small homebuild programs that was almost impossible to get to work with MCE.
To my surprise i found out, the DVBLINK for IPTV also has this option, and it works congrats

My rating is primary based on the video quality, which i believe should be improved in the future.

My system: Windows 7 Enterprise, 2GB Ram, AMD 64 X2 4200, ATI 4550 w. HDMI, Hauppauge PVR-150, IMON LCD Display, Sony KDE40WE5.

I evaluated dvdlink for dreambox. I'm glad I evaluated and didn't buy. It has potential to be brilliant, but it is far far too unreliable. It makes my PC run slowly when viewing Media center (Windows 7) unless Live TV is stopped and I keep getting "All TV tuner are currently in use..." even with the latest fix from the forums. Response to problems on the forums is either very slow or most usually, non existent. I will look again when they have v.2; My advice, don't ditch your existing setup, try the evaluation, then decide.

I am currently evaluating DVBLink for HDPVR beta version 2.0. Early in October I tried the earlier version under Vista. That trial was very disappointing. To give dvblogic credit, support via the forums was useful but the core of the suggestion was to use Windows 7.

I had to wait until 7 was released and when my upgrade package arrived I decided to try the beta version, especially as the earlier evaluation had time expired. This time installation went very smoothly and I was up in running in very short order.

I have had some problems but most have been of my own doing and not the products. The product works well in allowing me to use the Media Ctr interface to watch and pause live TV. I wish recording was more reliable but I am still experimenting with the product setup as well as the HDPVR and Media Ctr.

Overall I will be purchasing the software.

System: Windows 7 Home Premium, Gateway FX 1800h with 2 Tbytes HD, 9 Gbytes RAM, Hauppauge HD-PVR, Media Ctr IR blaster, Logitech trackball; mouse; and keyboard, 5.1 home theatre built around Onkyo TX-DS656, PSB speakers, and a Sony 37 inch XBR6 TV. I taped over the IR sensor on the HD-PVR.

I've been using DVBLink for DVBDream since it was released and DVBSBridge Pro before that. I provided feedback during the development process and actually saw some of those features added to the end product.

The product's API model means that the core system is very robust and also that features from other implementations cross over into different products.

These guys are ahead of the curve with the HDPVR for instance. Hauppauge still doesn't have support for media center and have linked to DVBLink from their website.

Excellent product. I have more problems with my remote control software than with DVBLink.

I am using DVBLink for Dreambox, and the picture quality and channel change times are fantastic. The product has been updated and revised several times, each time adding more functionality and better performance.

The integration of the dreambox channels with my existing tuners, and automatic combining of channels is excellent and makes everything very easy and quick to setup.

Big thanks to the team at dvblogic for a fantastic product that can only get better.

I just set up my Hauppage HDPVR and Windows 7 with my Cogeco Set Top Box using DVBLogic software. I ran into some early issues with the analog sound not streaming but managed to fix it by switching from line in to aux in and focing AC3 capture. I have successfully streamed this to my xbox 360(via ethernet) on my 46" Samsung HDTV with little to no issues. The stream is flawless and so far the only complaint I have lies in the hdpvr internal ir blaster taking 5 seconds to respond(probably going to go get a mce ir blaster) For the $30.00 these guys want for the software to work is well worth it. I posted some set up issues on the forum and they were more than glad to help me through the set up and to answer any issues I have. Finally the best part. Because my set top box is a dual tuner pvr I have managed to have it record any shows I want to watch that conflict with my media center recording. Then all I do is use my set top remote to watch the shows through arcsoft and capture them as I watch them.
Hope my experience has helped some of you deal with your qualms about getting the HDPVR to work with Windows MediaCenter.

I have been using DVBSBridge since the first beta and now i have three DVBLink for DVBViewer sources running in my HTPC. I have a Pinnacle PCTV 7010 with two DVB-S and a Hauppauge HVR-4000 working togheter. I have two sources as virtual tunners with my legal subscription card for Digital + in Spain and i have all this channels as dual tunner, so i can see one channel while recording another one or record two channels at a time. I have also two DVB-T tunners, so i have all the channels i can see here in Spain working together in my HTPC. This couldn't be possible without DVBLink. congrats

My third source is used as TVServer and i have the Digital + channels throug this TVServer and, this is the best, i can see in my PS3 all my encripted channels in a legal way, of course... joyful

So, what can i say? Thanks Oberon and the rest of the team for this GREAT piece of software greets
